Terms of Service

We accept credit card payments (via Stripe) and checks or money orders, made payable to Sangita Yoga.
Payments for all services are non-refundable. Cancellation for lessons and other appointments must take place more than 24 hours before scheduled time in order to reschedule free of charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled time will be charged in full.

Improper Address Charge: Sangita Yoga reserves the right to charge a $15.00 fee plus shipping costs on all returned parcels because the customer has given an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping

We usually ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days and delivery will add another 2 to 3 days depending on your location. International deliveries will take up to 3 weeks. We are always happy to give you an update if you have not received your order within these parameters. 

Return Policy

Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@sangitayoga.com or call (760)208-2567. Please save the shipping box, and take pictures of the visible damage. A new item will be shipped to you free of charge.

For Instruments: All sales are final, but we do offer a 3-day Grace Period. Instruments are handmade in India and therefore each one is slightly different in appearance. However, we guarantee quality of sound and function. We know that instruments need to be touched and heard in order to truly experience them. That is why we offer Skype trials or send videos of each instrument. However, in the rare occasion that a customer is not satisfied with an instrument, returns are accepted within three (3) calendar days of arrival. We charge no restocking fee for purchases made on our website, but the buyer is liable for all shipping charges associated with the purchase and return. These shipping charges include insurance on returned items, which is required by Sangita Yoga and the shipping service provider. Be sure to pack items properly to ensure no damage. In the case that an item is returned in a damaged condition, and it has not been properly packaged and/or insured, the buyer will receive no refund.

All other items: We accept unopened, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 15 days from the shipping date. Opened DVD's and CD's are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sangita Yoga Return Process

•  Email us to request a Return & Exchange form at info@sangitayoga.com
•  Fill out the form and include it within your return package.
•  Send the item(s) back to us (instruments must be insured) using any trackable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase.
